Iron man

Fun fact of the day! The symbol for Iron is Fe

So it only makes sense that we are called Fe-males.

We are iron men! WE are strong. Our bodies go through so many changes. We can sustain LIFE inside of us, and endure an immense amount of pain to create life outside of us. We go through monthly hormone changes where we feel bloated, and have to fight mind games of our image we see in the mirror.

We are.

As strong as Iron.

Over the past two years I have taken on fitness as a personal journey to accomplish. I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I never ever thought I would reach this area of my life. I would day dream as a girl about how I would look when I'm older. Straight teeth, healthy body, being adventurous.

And it only took me to 27 to get there lol!!

No matter what part of your journey you are on, and whether it involves fitness or not, keep going forward. Changes won't be noticed quickly, but suddenly, one day, people will see the final product of what you've been doing and be inspired to follow their goals too. You will notice the strides you've made. And thats what matters most.

I don't go to the gym for others, I go there for myself. Thats why I'm wearing my homiest of sweat pants, cut off gross t-shirt and ball cap without a single care of what others might look at me as. I'm not here to score a date, I'm not here to impress you.

I'm here to push MYSELF for MYSELF because I have NEVER been in a space where I've felt strong, and accomplished in something as difficult and rewarding as personal fitness.

Whatever your goals are, if you do them for YOU then you will see the fruit from it. If you're only doing to impress others then your goals will soon fade away. True motivation is found in your self, not in others.

Go and do my friends!

Isaiah 40:31

31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
